RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags/packaging intact.
  • The following items are not eligible for return: consumables, opened products, customized items, clearance/sale items.
  • Returns for defective products or wrong items shipped are always accepted, regardless of the above conditions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (personal reasons):
     
    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels or reimburse return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Merchant-initiated returns (defective/wrong items):
     
    We will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a pre-paid label or reimburse your shipping cost upon receipt of a valid tracking number.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number, issue description, and photos of the item. We will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address as below:

    Ship the item back and share the tracking number with us.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

4. Refund Amount

  • For customer-initiated returns: The refund amount will be the product price, minus the original shipping cost.
  • For merchant-initiated returns: Full refund including product price and original shipping cost, plus reimbursement of your return shipping cost.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund if the returned item is damaged or incomplete.

5. Exclusions

We do not accept returns for items that are returned after the 30-day window, damaged/used, or sent back without prior approval.
